Rewarding yourself can be difficult when you’re a busy person. Sometimes there’s no time to stop. For me, I’ve been studying for an essential exam (for my career) where I’ve been trying to find ways to make the study process a little more enjoyable to keep myself sane and motivated.
I find it difficult taking time out for myself. I have a never ending list of things to do. I let the list get longer and longer to the point where I drive in a daze dreaming about the fun things I wish I could do in that moment.
