So, I’ve dug up some expert advice to help us all take the steps you need to take to achieve work-life balance.
Embrace Efficiency – Karen Elizaga

To achieve work-life balance, according to Sirois, you need to ask yourself a simple question, “When am I most productive?” This way you can work on your most important projects during this time. It could be in the morning, before everyone in your home gets up. Or you find your able to focus better before everyone arrives in the office. What times of the day personal help you to concentrated on your work?
Ignite Your Joy – Robert Brooks
“Slowly build more activities into your schedule that are important to you,” he says. “Maybe you can start by spending an hour a week on your hobby of carpentry, or planning a weekend getaway with your spouse once a year.” Brooks continues, “You have to make a little time for the things that ignite your joy.” This could be 10-15 minutes out of your day. You could either read an exciting novel or just listen to your favourite playlist of music.
